WebKidding aside, I think "Mabuhay" is sufficient in most circumstances if we are being somewhat formal. A probably outdated one would be "Mahal Kong (insert name here). It will never be wrong if you just addressed the person like "Ginoong, Ginang, Binibining". Not a Filipino major or what but these are my thoughts.
