The bilstein 5100 FRONT shocks have 3 settings... use the 0 ZERO setting and add 885s or 887s for ~2" lift, rear you can do Icon Progressive AAL's with the 5100s. Bear in mind that you'll still need a rear spacer and the cost differences with the 5100 vs 4600 might make the savings negligible vs just going OME.
